私は、絵を描くことが好きです。
夢中になっているとき、ふと何も考えずに描けている自分に気づくことがあります。
ただ好きな色を塗っているだけのようでも、
いつの間にか「次に何をすればいいか」が自然にわかっていて、
手が迷わず動いているのです。
この感覚は、毎回訪れるものではありません。
でも、ふとそうなっている瞬間があり、
その時間は私にとって何にも代えがたい「至福のとき」となります。
I love painting.
When I’m deeply immersed in the process,
I sometimes find myself painting without thinking at all.
Even when I’m simply applying colors I like,
my hands seem to know what to do next—
as if they’re moving on their own.
This doesn’t happen every time I paint.
But now and then, I suddenly notice it’s happening,
and those moments become a kind of quiet bliss for me.
